This policy will be reviewed on a yearly basis or as the need arises. Training will be organized for all staff to raise awareness of the policy.

Definition

The Company classifies a complaint as any objection and/or dissatisfaction that the Client may have with regards to the provision of any investment and/or ancillary service provided by the Company. A complaint form is provided on the end of this Policy.

There are 3 types of complaints:

The Client may register a complaint by completing the complaint form available on the website under the Complaint Handling Policy. The form should capture the client’s personal information such as name, account number, email address, telephone number and a brief summary of the complaint.
